This Terms of Service applies to purchases made through online stores, authorized dealers, or via direct physical transactions.

5 Years Warranty for Chassis. 1 Year for Drivers.

I'm committed to provide five (5) years warranty on following product(s):

• Magnetar Be Series

• Magnetar GB Series

• Duality

Accessories, such as cables and pads, are not covered by my warranty, as they are not within the scope of products that I manufacture but outsourced from a third-party vendor. Electronic components such the drivers or speakers has only one (1) year of warranty coverage. Normal wear-and-tear does not qualify as a defect. Products that have been altered or modified without explicit recommendation of me are not covered, including those changes made due to improper or unauthorized repair.  Additionally, do note that the warranty does not cover theft or lost of the product as the product.

All warranty, refund, replacement, or repair claims require a return merchandise authorization (RMA).

Process of Warranty

Along with your Warranty product please pay for the shipping of the warranty product to my residence (Temporary H.L.L HQ) or to an authorized dealer mentioned here. Do contact me describing the failure, as well as providing your contact information: name, and return shipping address. I will ship out warranty replacement when they are ready, along with freight free of charge if you let me decide, and provide you your tracking information.

Planned Longevity

Warranty will be renewed with five (5) years for the chassis, excluding the drivers or speakers, after an update or upgrade conversion to the latest version of the product.

Pre-order Cancellations

For all pre-order cancellations UP TO thirty percent (30%) order cancellation fee. Cancellations must be requested within seven (7) days of purchase of the item. Cancellation fees apply upon agreement to purchase the product(s) by providing your payment information and completing a purchase through authorized third-party stores. For items that have already been shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. If the seals on the packaging are found to be broken on a canceled item, the item will be processed as a return and a restocking fee will apply.

Refund & Return Policy

I will accept full refunds for all products ordered before the purchase of components required to produce or complete a product. Returning a product is still possible with caveats in the following paragraph below.

Returning a product is the responsibility of the buyer and tracking must be provided within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the item. Returns will incur a thirty percent (30%) reconditioning and restocking fee. All returns must be received in the condition they were sold in, with no signs of wear, tampering, and additional items. Additional fees will apply for all accessories (cables, pads, cases, etc) not returned with the item. I'm not responsible for items lost in return shipping.

Exchange Policy

I do offer exchanges of goods of a similar value for our product, used or new, exclusive to people I choose.

Anti-Scalping Policy

To ensure fair access to our products and protect our potential customers from unfair pricing practices, an restriction is imposed for the resale of my products resold at pricing above the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). If any individual or entity is found to be reselling my products at a price higher than the MSRP without prior written authorization, I reserves the right to take appropriate action.

Such actions may include, but are not limited to:

• Refusal to sell products to the offending party in the future

• Cancellation of existing or pending orders

• Revocation of authorized reseller status

This policy applies to all forms of resale, including online marketplaces, auctions, and third-party platforms. I will monitor resale channels to ensure compliance with this policy. Violations may be determined by me. By purchasing products produced by Happy Listening Labs, or me, you agree to comply with this Anti-Scalping Policy.

Liability

I'm not liable for any bodily harm or other associated damages caused by misuse of the product. Please do not use my product in places or situations where it can harm the user in any way. Please keep small parts away from children and animals. Headphones, cables, and other included accessories such as packaging are not toys nor consumable. If you ate them, PLEASE, FIND HELP!
