Terms of Service

This Terms of Service applies to purchases made through Shopee, AliExpress, authorized dealers, or via direct physical transactions.
5 Years Warranty for Chassis. 1 Year for Drivers.
I'm committed to provide five (5) years warranty on following product(s):
Magnetar Be
Magnetar G3
Fenrir
Fenrir UV
Accessories, such as cables and pads, are not covered by my warranty, as they are not within the scope of products that I manufacture but outsourced from a third-party vendor. Electronic components such the driver or speaker has only one (1) year of warranty coverage. Normal wear-and-tear does not qualify as a defect. Products that have been altered or modified without explicit recommendation of me are not covered, including those changes made due to improper or unauthorized repair. Additionally, do note that the warranty does not cover theft or lost of the product as the product.
All warranty, refund, replacement, or repair claims require a return merchandise authorization (RMA).
Process of Warranty
Along with your Warranty product please pay for the shipping of the warranty product to my house or to an authorized dealer mentioned here. Do contact me describing the failure, as well as providing your contact information: name, and return shipping address. I will ship out warranty replacement when they are ready, along with freight free of charge if you let me decide, and provide you your tracking information.
Pre-order Cancellations
For all pre-order cancellations UP TO thirty percent (30%) order cancellation fee. Cancellations must be requested within seven (7) days of purchase of the item. Cancellation fees apply upon agreement to purchase the product(s) by providing your payment information and completing a purchase through authorized third-party stores. For items that have already been shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. If the seals on the packaging are found to be broken on a canceled item, the item will be processed as a return and a restocking fee will apply.
Refund Policy
I will accept returns for all headphone orders within fifteen (15) days of the delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and tracking must be provided within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the item. All returns will incur a twenty percent (30%) reconditioning and restocking fee. All returns must be received in the condition they were sold in, with no signs of wear, tampering, and additional items. Additional fees will apply for all accessories (cables, pads, cases, etc) not returned with the item. I'm not responsible for items lost in return shipping.
Exchange Policy
I do offer exchanges of goods of a similar value for our product, used or new, exclusive to people I choose.
Liability
I'm not liable for any bodily harm or other associated damages caused by misuse of the product. Please do not use my product in places or situations where it can harm the user in any way. Please keep small parts away from children and animals. Headphones, cables, and other included accessories such as packaging are not toys nor consumable. If you ate them, PLEASE, FIND HELP!
